A BIKIE has been bashed and robbed by three men who jumped out of a black car while he waited for a traffic light to change in Sydney's west.
Police say the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang member won't help them identify his attackers.
The 52-year-old man was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle along Canterbury Road, Revesby,
when he stopped at a red traffic light at the intersection of The River Road at 7pm (AEDT) yesterday.
A black car pulled up alongside and three men jumped out, police said.
They grabbed him, pulled him off his bike and began assaulting him. The bikie was also struck with by an object similar to a tyre lever.
The man was robbed of his jacket displaying the club colours as well as his mobile phone before witnesses came to help him and the three men fled the scene.
The bikie was taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a stable condition with chest, head and neck injuries.
Detectives have spoken briefly with the man, but they say he isn't helping police with their inquiries.
Investigations are continuing, and police say they have no evidence to suggest the man's attackers were affiliated with another bikie gang.
